Sky Larkin Confirm Second Album Details

May 16, 2010 by

Leeds-based trio Sky Larkin have confirmed they will release their sophomore record, ‘Kaleide’ this August, via Wichita Recordings worldwide.

The album was recorded in Seattle this February and produced again by John Goodmanson, who worked on their debut album. According to the band the title of the album roughly means “beautiful forms” and implies both the energy of collision and hints at the spectrum of sounds and imagery collected within the record.

Full details of the album are to be announced soon, but the band have revealed fans will be invited to generate content to an ongoing, online version of the album artwork project. Art for the record has been created by illustrator Jack Hudson.
